Friday Kick Off

Punong Guro J Skalberg started with some Kadena de Mano and Double Stick to get everybody in the right attitude. The themes was on sharpening the Abanico and Kadena attacking accuracy. Focus was on "The 3 Questions" to have full value of the seminar, the future success in Kali Sikaran and life.

Part II evening class where Kali Sikaran and Team Ki altogether lined up a very big group was impressive. High ranked and well known instructors from all over the world together with the Kali Sikaran Team eager to teach as much as possible. Now we now this would be big!

More training with close to 500 hungry students until late. We finished the day with a well deserved buffét at the SAS hotel in Fredrikstad.
